autocad lisp

I have lisp file which works ok on Autocad 2002( Windows 2000) but does not work on autocad 2006( Windows XP pro) All search path are set same and also loaded the lsp file.
The paths are not long either.

Please let me know if the lisp which are created in autocad 2002 need to be modified or converted for Autocad 2006

Usually little or no modifications to lisp routines are neededed for newer AutoCAD versions. What error message are you getting? The install disks usually include "Migration Assistance" which, among other things, analyzes older routines for any needed changes.

Thanks for your information. We have manage to resolve the issuse by adding the lsp file into brief case in autocad startup
