We currently have numerous network installation of Autocad 2004 and plan to upgrade them all to Autocad 2007 .

I have built the image however there is 1 thing i cannot find in the documentation.

We are currently running the (LMTools) Network License Manager 8.3.1.0. Reading the documentation it says that Autocad 2007 will only run with the network license manager version 10.2 or above.

If i upgrade to the network license manager 10.2 will the license file we have still work ?

I would think it does, Before we upgraded from 05 to 06 and eventually 07, we had the licenses for the older products running side by side in case we ran into problems with the newer software the techs could fire up the older version. Currently are licenses have the 05, 06 and 07 numbers in the license file, although we removed the older products from the machines.
