AutoCAD 2004 Crashing randomly

AutoCAD 2004 just started crashing while I have it open and minimized. I've been using this PC for one year without this happening once. I'm using Windows XP SP1. Nothing has changed that I know of. The error I get is:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Readint 0x5db0 Exception at 7aa125h

Any ideas?

Does the "Send Report" dialog appear?

I have a similar problem but what happens to me is that when I switch between layout tabs, AutoCAD 2004 will just shutdown. No error messages, no saving, nothing. It just closes right down. Mind you, it only happens when I am working on large files (but not overly large) and I have a number of layout tabs.

Frustrating.
