AutoCad 2000 Open Dialog Box customization for Win2k

In Win2k, Does anyone know how to edit the registry to customize the open dialog box for AutoCad to add to the standard shortcut buttons on the left side. I figured out how to change for all windows programs, however, that change did not affect AutoCad 2000. I would like to add shortcuts to various places on our network.
