I'm trying to setup a new autoattendant application for a new external number. So far I've had the new DID activated. I've create the app in App Builder and associated it to an SDN in CallPilot. I've also create an ACD to forward calls into this new DID to the new application. I am getting a 'call cannot be completed at this time' message when attempting to test it. What am I missing? Sorry I'm fairly new to setting this up. Thanks.

If you still have the application open in Call Pilot you will get that. Make sure your application is saved and closed. then try again.

Unfortunately it is already saved and closed. Thx.

Hmmmm... Have you tried posting this in the Call Pilot forum? They might be able to shed some light on this...

I do believe you need to send your ACD to your CDN for Call Pilot, then assign in Call Pilot this ACD to your application you made. Reading your thread sounds like you pointed your ACD to your application without using your CDN.

make the changes required to test the new did, ie, point it to a station.. that recording sounds like a network non-did inservice msg..

That is normal. Once you record your ATT and call it again, you will hear the ATT rather than Silicon Sally!

Hi,
Have you completed all the recordings? Are there any error messages when you save the app? (Any red boxes?)
When you set up the acd you set NCFW to the CDN......

'call cannot be completed at this time [/call] that still does not sound like a call pilot default recording.. normal would be, you have been forwarded to cal pilot, however 2020 does not subscribe to this service" that would be a indication that the service dn is not there.. if i'm not sure of the recording source, i do a trace in 80..
