Hello everyone,
I want to know the capacity of AutoAttendant in HiPath 3550, 3800 and Openscape Business X3, X5, X8, S for simultaneous response to input call.

Thanks

Hi.

For UC Suite voice connections to to UC Suite and UC Smart voice connections to UC Smart
(for example Voicemail, Announcements, AutoAttendant, FAX, CallMe!) the following MEB channels are available:
30 MEB channels with OpenScape Business X3/X5/X8/Booster Server
60 MEB channels with OpenScape Business S

The MEB channels are a shared pool of 30 channels for the X system. They'll be used by all the applications mentioned .
DSP in case of TDM-IP convertion (example: incoming TDM trunk that is routed to AA with Booster Server/Card use 1 DSP channel)

With UCSmart on X systems, the voice part (VM, AutoAttendant, Announcements, etc) always remains on the Mainboard and uses the SmartVM functionality.
This means the limit for channels here is 10.
The BoosterCard and the Server are there to handle the UC part of the application, and do not affect/change this limit.
The only exception is the OSBizS, because there is no HW the SmartVM/Voice part can run on, only here the MEB channels are used, and with that the limits for the MEB are applicable
