hey there

i have a little problem that i hope can be resolved. i configured a connection plar 7020 on a remote location router (fxo port) to automatically reach the autoattendant(7020) when a pstn call arrives. now that works fine. but, when i bring down the wan link to test the srst, and i dial, it tries to still call the extension for the autoattendant. i dont know how else to route to the autoattendant other than using plar. any suggestions would be appreciated.thanks again

btw: the srst works properly and i can call out to the pstn as well as other phones. i configured a noan and call forward busyout as well as alias. but no matter what, i must remove the plar for those to forward to an extension. but then, when i bring back the wan link and call in i simply get a second dial tone and can only manually dial into the autoattendant

Are you running H.323 or MGCP on the Gateway? If you are running MGCP, the CallManager determines where the call is delivered with the 'Attendant DN' setting on the Gateway. The PLAR setting on the Gateway is used for SRST mode.
