AutoAttend problem in VM PRO 2.0

I having a problem with AutoAttend in VM Pro 2.0

Before upgrade to 2.0 (16), AutoAttend worked fine on SW 1.4 (22) and VM Pro 1.4.
IPO: SW 2.0 (16), VM PRO 2.0 (16)

Now, in ver. 2.0 (16) when incom. call goes to Attendant, you hear greeting message
and instructions, press 1 for Support, press 2 for ... etc. Then I press 1 (it happens the same with 2 or 3) and drops the line ...
I have also done a factory default ( twice ) and made a new configuration, but it's the same.

Is it bug or something else ...

I have had no problems with auto attendants on V2.0
I would recommend that you check the programming of the VM Pro, if you have used backup files from 1.4 ( or just installed 2.0 over the top) you may have some corruption tpo the programming.

try creating a virgin autoattndant & linking it to short code to test
