hi

i have set up auto archviving on a pc. i have checked the .pst exists and have checked the settings are correct.
however, when performing a mailbox clear up nothing moves from the mailbox to archive folders.

it is set to archive everything older than 8 weeks but items that are older than that do not get moved.

i have deleted and recreated new archive pst files and just can not see what the problem is.

any help appreciated

Archiving is done on the modified date of the email. Add this field into your view and you should see which emails should be effected by the archiving.
