AutoArchive box unchecks at logoff

I have a strange problem at hand. Run Autoarchive box unchecks upon logoff.
I have checked the logon script and it does not turn it off.
Happening on all the machines in my company runing different versions of Outlook.
Could it be some Exchange setting. Cannot figure it out....Need help !
