We have a branch office that uses a shared calendar to make appointments for physicians. They want all calendar entries to be accepted regardless of time/date/conflict.....
I have installed the auto-accept agent for that mailbox and it does auto accept the meeting requests now without a user having to do anything. But, if there is already a meeting for 12:00pm on Thursday and another meeting request comes in for the same time, the meeting is rejected. The user gets an email that there was a conflict and that the meeting could not be scheduled. How can I configure this one mailbox from a global perspective to accept all requests no matter what?
Thanks for any and all input.
