I am currently trying to remedy a spam / content problem we are having at my work and the solution I thought of is one I have seen previously but cannot for the life of me remember its name.
The method was to have an external email send a blank body with the passcode in either the title or the content. It wasn't necessarily a secret but it marked your email to the exchange server to auto-add you to the whitelist from there on. Those that violated that list could be permanently removed.
Otherwise with current content filtering system on legitimate emails can take hours or days to bounce through the system for some reason, sometimes not at all.
Any suggestions would be great!
