Does anyone know why our system would be "blocking" wake up requests? When our front desk clerk sets a wake up call from the main (2250) console, she gets a message on the display that says BLOCKED. I have tried to monitor through the background terminal and even set my own requests and I see the following
WAKE UP 7101 8:15 SYST BLKD AT 8:15
WAKE UP 7101 8:15 ATTN RETN AT 8:15
Does anyone have any insight on this??
