Auto VMS Problem

Have the following:
ACS 6
308EC
400
PC Card Mail (Small)

Trying to AA to answer lines at night on all but line 7.

Line 7 should go directly to mailbox 4 (assigned to ext 16) regardless of time called.

Have searched forum messages and tried numerous suggestions and just can't seem to get anywhere.

When I dial line 7, the ling rings and is never answered.

#321, extension number of mail box, number of rings befor line 7 answers.
