Auto Update Of Outlook Contacts

I'm attempting to use Outlook to manage a list of contacts. I want to remove contacts from a CUSTOM contact folder if I receive an e-mail from them to do so. Basically a subscription service/list server. Any suggestions or good articles to get me started would be appreciated. Thanks!
