I am using the company intranet to publish performance figures on a regular basis, using a table to select the appropriate report. The site is built using FP.

I am trying to set a field in a table to show when the figures were last updated. I can do this manually, by amending the date/time in the table on the report selection page and then uploading the page, but it would be much better to be able to do this automatically.

Can it be done, and if so, how?

Look forward to any ideas, assuming ther question makes sense.

Thanks

Tiffany,

I am using a table created in HTML and the columns are:

Report name Desc Available Last Updated

Weekly Ops Ops report Monday 1/9/03

The name of the report (Weekly Ops) has a hyperlink to an Excel file. This file is updated every Monday. The bit I want to automate is when it is uploaded again (8/9/03) then the Last Updated field automatically changes to 8/9/03 (or whenever the upload of a new file occurs).

I can't use Now() since that will change each day.

Hope this helps
