Auto Text in ximian Evolution

I've just installed Ximian Evolution after using Star Office 5.2 (just fancied a change).

All I want to do is have my name and address details added to the bottom of every email I send (I can do this in star office and I know MS Outlook can do it) but I cannot find out how to do it.

The only option I can find is to automatically send a PGP signature, which I do not want to do.
