Auto Size Grid Height

I'm trying to auto-size a grid so that there is no vertical scroll bar based on the number of rows in the table. I will set a maximum value to prevent the grid from getting to tall. I did not see any properties that would return the height of the grid caption, colum header, etc. to help me calculate the proper grid height. Are these constants in Vb.net 2003? Can somebody point me in the right direction?
