Exchange 2003 all SPS and patches.
Outlook clients 07 and some 2010.
We recently changed our email domain from @onename to @anothername.
This part is working. All mail flows in and out with the new name as the primary.
The one issue we are seeing is that Outlook will no longer automatically set up for a new user. It times out with an error. I will then manually set it up and see that the servername is missing. I will then enter in the servername (hostname of our mailserver) and then auto-setup will finish.
The servername did not change and this used to work perfectly before the @anothername change.
What can i do to restore this?
