Auto set relocation 1

Does anyone know if auto-set relocation is still available on BCMs and if so how can I get to it. (ie lap top or by phone) PS I also have some BCM 400 and old 1000s

Yes it is still there. Go into the BCM through Unified Manager using a laptop and cross-over cable. Set Relocation is under Services>Telephony Services>General Settings>Feature Settings.

So is this still a problem with the BCM's that it is with the Norstars? If I turn it off can the IP phones be moved and retain their original numbers without having to reprogram?

Keep DN Alive is what you need to have the IP phones keep their same extension. Set Relocation is not a problem if you use it in the right way. If you are moving phones plug them into their new location one at a time.
