New to this so be gentle..
I purchased a new printer for our server and can print out all other reports but for some reason our end of day batch reports are still looking for the old printer. I cant seem to find how to change this.

Here are a few things to check.

Make sure your new printer is set as the windows default printer.

In the POS configurator, go to the System tab, Restaurant button and make sure the new printer is set as the default for Micros. This is a global setting so changing it for one user will change it for everybody.

If you're Autosequence service is running under a login account instead of the system account, log into that account and make sure the new printer is set as the windows default printer.

If you still have problems, open the POS configurator and go to the Reports tab, Autosequence Steps button. Find you're report steps in the dropdown box. Check for a printer override on each. If you find any that are set to the old printer change it to the new one, or better yet just delete the override setting and let it go to the default printer.
