Greetings:
I have a VIP and their executive assistant with an interesting problem. The EA has a bridged line appearance (set to ring) for the VIP and normally intercepts calls if asked and will place the call on hold allowing the VIP to grab the held call, which is currently blinking green on the main home screen of the 9408. But if the EA makes a call for the VIP, from the VIP's bridged line, versus their own line appearance, the VIP's home screen (with line appearances) does not return to 'home' and training the VIP to press the phone 'home' button is problematic. If there is no way for a phone to return to the 'home' screen, I'll need to train the EA to place calls from their line appearance and transfer over. Or maybe teach them park.
