Greetings all,

How would I have a shared Exchange/Outlook 2000 calander auto accept requests for appointments. For example we have conference rooms which have thier own exchange account and everyone that wants to meet in the rooms goes to the calander and makes an appointment. Currently when we do this the office manager still has to click the accept button on the appointment request for the request to go through properly.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

To answer my own question (and your's if you had it):

To initiate auto accept in Outlook/Exchange go to: Tools-->Options-->Calander Options-->Resource Scheduling--->Then check off what options you want to have automatically responded.
