Is it possible to set users up such that whenever they wish to accept or decline another's proposed appointment, an email automatically gets sent to the sender telling him or her whether or not the appoinment was accepted or declined?
On the appointment, go into File,propities, status tracking.
Set the return notification top what ever response you want. Note When deleted means when declined. Lee Smith
