Auto replying in Domino??

A colleague has just left my company.

I have been to setup his email account so that all mail to xxx@xxx.com will bounce back with a message telling them that this employee has left the company and can you please send all mail to zzz@xxx.com.

How do I do this in Domino.

Create an agent that runs 'after new mail arrives'. Set the 'simple action' to reply to sender with the message you want. Probably want to tick include copy of original mail also.

Another option would be to delete the old account (xxx) and add the name to your zzz users person document. In the address book edit person zzz and on the basics tab add the name xxx to the user names. This would mean all mails for xxx are delivered to zzz. zzz could respond him/her self.
