I would like Exchange to automatically reply to someone that sends an email to an address that no one no longer views. For example sales@mycompany.com is not going to be used any more because we want the emails to go to esales@mycompany.com instead. The emails should auto-forward to esales but should also reply to the originator of the address change for a a certain time period.

Can this be done? I was able to do it in Netscape but I cant find out how with Exhange.

Well you could open the mailbox in outlook, and then enter:

Tool/Out of Office Assistant

Here you can enter a message that will be returned to the sender and you can also add a rule to forward the mail to another account.

Ugh, I knew it was too easy. Thanks so much!
