Auto-reply sent from different email account received?

In MS Outlook 2003, when I set a rule to send an auto-reply email, can I have that email sent by a different outlook account?

Example: email sent to john@website.com. automatic reply to sender, sent by bill@website.com.

Is this possible?

There seems to be no way to do this with Outlook's rule system. If it's possible, VBA will be required.
