Auto refreshing

Need your help!
My page is divided into two frames.
The left one shows all the category and the right one makes some changes to the categories (eg add or delete one category)
All the categories are stored in database.How can I auto-refresh the left frame when I submit the change?

On the submit page, goto the page with the frameset after you've added the stuff. That will reload all the frames in the page. Just put in target="_top" inside of the form that's being submitted. In the page that it was submitted to, make sure it says to goto the frameset page when it finishes updating things. You can do that like this:
header("Location: page.php"
