It would be helpful if you provide some basic information such as Crystal Version, Database and connectivity. Different configurations require different solutions.
Based on the limited information you provided, your users must not privy to running the reports interactively and that you are expoprting the report in some readable format (PDF, Excel, RTF, etc).
If that is the case, then unless you have a batch scheduler, Crystal XI server or Crystal XI Enterprise, you will have to do it yourself.
