Auto Refresh Program Neighborhood

I frequently add/change and delete our published applications. Is there a way to force a refresh of the Citrix Program Neighborhood on the users desktop?

Do you mean apart from the "Refresh" button in the client's Program neighborhood?

This is supposed to happen automatically, though. Check your browser servers are updating correctly.
