auto record call after park

auto record works great on all extensions, but once a call is parked and picked up at a different extension, the recording stops (or auto record on the extension that picks up the call doesn't auot record?)

is there something in programming that im missing?

You need to say a bit more about where the auto-record is being triggered. If its at incoming call route level then its pretty much for the life of the call on the system. Hunt group level then only whilst being handled by a member of the group, user level then just for that user.

And of course is set at several levels there may be several recording of the same call but different lengths/parts of the call so you may not be looking at the right ones.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
totally right! sorry about that....

I changed it to record the incoming call route and all seems to work out great!
