Hi,

how can make (under windows 2000 server)a connection to disconnect at a time and to reconnect automaticallly another?
This is for using with a dsl connection that disconnect myself every 7 days.
The application is called 'enternet.exe'. I've tried making a task with the task scheduler but if I get disconnected, it doesn't diconnect because the application still runs.

Thanks

I haven't had a whole lot of luck getting that to work with the Enternet client, so I broke down and purchased a DSL router.. With the router, you don't need the Enternet client, and it will re-connect you if the connection is lost.

Good Luck!

mmhhhhhh.... it doesn't sound too good....

I hope there's a solution (I guess there is one, because I can still make a proxy/firewall running Linux which will make me be able to play more with services)

But for now I need it under Win 2000 server...

Any other ideas?
