I have a noticed a problem with the 'Auto Quick Tips' feature - the drop box that appears with a list of options immediately after typing a dot (e.g Me.)

When I start a project it works fine but after the project grows to several m-bytes, say 10mb or more the Auto Quick Tips list appears fleetingly at best and disappears as soon as its arrived.

Any ideas. I have 96mb of RAM and even with more than 70% of RAM free the problem persists.

Don't know the answer to your problem but I experience similar maladies (usning access 2000).

Seems that, after a while, access stops prompting me when i close a form, query or table from design mode after making changes even tho I have the options to do this checked.

Also, another quirk that happens from time to time is that setting the debug mode on a line of vba code stops working altogether (the only solution for this that i have found is to create a new data base, import everything from the affected database and then it starts working again).

Plenty of quirks !!
