Auto processing resource (calendar)

Hi,

I was trying to set up a resource that needs owner approval.

This is done on a Domino 7.

We've set up the resource (room), selected Owner's name, and also set a List of names.

When a user not listed in the List of names, who also is not the Owner of the resource, makes a reservation for this resource, this reservation is displayed on the user's calendar.

When the Owner declines the approval, the user's calendar still shows the resource as reserved.

Does anybody if this is like this? If so, I understand is not working as expected.

Or have I misconfigured something?
