I am new to dealing with forms and need some help to autopopulate the form based on a table.

-CRR Number is an autonumber.
-Date submitted is today’s date.
-AcctNbr, Submitted By, Invoice Nbr, Invoice Date, Order Number,
Comments_Complaints are Input Fields
-Order Type and Line Type are combo boxes

Upon entering the AcctNbr Input Field, I would like the following fields to automatically populate from my Table [t 100 Find Customer Info]
Whse
Customer Name
Address
Address2
Address3
City
State

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (code, macro,etc..)

Thanks.

Why not bind the table and use the wizard to create a combo that finds records in your form?

Remou,

Do you mean have a combo box for the AcctNbr field and then create a subform (linked by AcctNbr) to pull in the other fields. (Whse, Address, Address2, Address3, City, State)

I mean create a form with the relevant table, or better, query, as the Record Source. If you create a combo on such a form using the wizard, it will show an option "Find records on my form ...".
