Auto pick-up of ringing call

Looking for the feature that allows a station to answer a ringing call by just picking up their handset. Some users need to press the CO Line that is ringing. Thanks

Make the phone ring. It's automatic.

Thanks but, I put it in the Ring Group and the phones now ring, however, still unable to answer the incoming call without pushing the line key.
Never that easy....... Thanks again.

You will need to set the line buttons to Ring. go to ext 10 or 11. press feature 00, left intercom 2x then right intercom and get into centralized programming. enter the ext you want to ring. then press each line button until it is solid for immediate ring. press feature 00 and get out of programming. then it should work.

if the phone rings it will pick up the call. There is no way around that with partner systems (except if you press the intercom button)
