Hi all,
I would like to have a text box that will automatically display the number of pages for a particular record, on the preview/report mode. Does anyone have code for this? Your help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Jerome

I'm confused about your question ?????

"number of pages for a particular record"

Do you want to count something???
put this in a footer
=count([yourfield])

Doug,
I'm sorry for any confusion. Let me see if I can explain better. I'm on a form, I have a Print button on that form, it opens up that record in Preview Mode. The total pages of that record is 2 pages. I would like to have that number show up automatically using a text field. So if that record grows to 3 pages, that number would change when that Preview page came up. I hope that explains it better. Thanks for responding.

Doug,
I have found my answer. The email you sent, jogged my memory. I used the Total Pages command. That was so simple it was rediculous. Sometimes I make things too hard. Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate you and this site. This site has really helped me. GOD bless you.
