Auto Mail Responder

hi,
i have created a database tabl with the following fields,
To
Date
Subject
Message
Date filed will contain variety of dates. if the day of Date matchs System Date, an automail reponder is to be sent with values take from the table's fileds listed ablove.
kindly provide me the suggestion.
