auto logoff anyone?

does anyone know how I can automatically make an agent logged off the system in case he/she (agent) accidently leaves there phone logged on? Is there something in ld 23 or within the SCCS client that can control this? Some of the agents forget to log off and the not ready report gets skewed incorrectly and looks bad for the agent and management.

In 4.0 it is under Call Flow Administration > Call Presitation > Change Return Call to queue then Logout. When it rings and doesn't answer, it will log them out.
