Auto Login with CP 4.0

I was told in a training class that I could put my cell phone number into my vmb in CP as an extension DN and check the auto login box, and that this would allow me auto login from my cell.

It works for normal 4 digit DN's, but not the cell.

I tried the cell with the area code and without and both of those with and without the 9 and 1

Any ideas?

Don't know if you tried this but just in case. After you add the number into the CallPilot mailbox admin, you need to go to the mailbox phone options and turn auto logon on through the telephone interface.

You would also have to check your Security settings, RPLs etc. Otherwise this could be construed as a security breach!

it worked for me. I guess you just need to make sure the auto logon box is checked and you turned auto logon on through the telset admin press 80 then 4 to turn on and off
