I was curious how big of a problem this is out there. We are considering developing an application that would terminate the SQL connection of and Macola user that shows no activity for an hour (or some user defined period of time).
The app would also close out all Progression windows on the offending workstation and clean up the phantom users in the macsql\users folder. The app would run once every 10 minutes or so and would free up licenses. This can be done manually but it can be a real pain.
Just curious if you would use such an application. Any feedback is appreciated.
