For some reason after my WIN2k8 R2 doesnt auto lock. My server 2003 after no activity auto locks(meaning I have to do CTRL-ALT-DEL to get back on). Do I have to set the screensaver in Win2K8 or is it a group policy I need to set?

It should be under control panel - appearance - display - "Change screen saver" and check the "On resume, display logon screen" Make sure that option is checked, set your time, and you should be good to go.
