auto lock on handset 7100v

Sorry if this is an irrelevant post for this forum. I was wondering if any 7100v owners would be able to answer though. If the handheld is locked and I answer a call, once the call is finished then it remains unocked. I was wondering if there was a setting that would auto-lock the handheld after an incoming call had finished (like all Nokias). I have to lock it manually and occasionally forget.

The phone should remain locked after the call is complete. The user guide says it's a default setting

You may want to reset the phone back to default.

Thanks SOS - i've tried everything...reset all defaults etc. but it just won't do it.....so much for RTFM!!!

Try re-installing the software or upgrading the software

You can fnd the software on Blackberry's website
