Auto Line Pickup?? 1

How do i make it to where when i pick up my phone instead of it auto choosing icom it will choose an outside line and if one of the lines is busy it will auto pick up the next available one.I have a Merlin r7 v14.7

Go into central programming for the extension in question, then look at auto line selection. Here, you can specify any order you wish. If you have the order as 1-2-3-4-5, and 1 and 2 are busy, you'll get line 3.
