Auto Launch/Login/Refresh in Webi

Is there any way to auto launch webi, login into it and refresh a report........

Reason being I have an app that I would like to put some kind of link into that will automatically do this....even better if could also pass in a prompt...

Possible or hoping for a bit too much ?!?!?!
