My idea is when i insert a floppy in an client pc it wil auto install win 2000 pro

I have created an unattended file
I have a boot floppy (no network yet)
On the server i have create a distr. folder (done with setupmgr.exe)

how do i do this??

You should look into Remote Installation Services. It's included with Windows 2000 Server versions and it does exactly what you just mentionned. In fact, the more recent models can boot directly with the BIOS and the network card, so no floppy is even needed!

There are some conditions to RIS, it requires time to setup and supports only bootable network cards, which limit you pretty much to 3Com and Intel only.

I've tried to use the Boot Disk, Launch Network installation with unattended file, but I found using RIS much better. It's cheaper to buy an 50$ network card that supports RIS than to try and figure out every network card you come across.
