I am trying to use a spreadsheet to show information about game horses. Each 7 days a horse ages by 1 year
I am trying to get the cell to show the age without manually changing it.
Right now I have the number 15 highlighted in red. Every horses age will turn red if the number of
weeks goes to 15 but I have to manually change the number. It is tedious to track this way.
If I enter 2 in the age column I want the age to go up 1 every 7 days.

Hi,

Where’s the start date?

I tried using the now command for the start date and entering the actual age in there but it did not work for me.
I used now because each horse will have a different starting age

Then you need a StartDate column for each row, like a birthdate.

Then the Age (weeks old) would be...
[tt]
=INT((TODAY()-StartDate)/7)
[/tt]

Where did YOU put the birthdate?

No, actually the 14th week will begin on 2/7/2018.

1/31/2018 is the beginning of the 13th week.
