Auto-in and Aux-work on 16btn softphone client not working on second column

I'm trying to set up a user that has an 8-btn display softphone only connection in our G3si. She logs into two different ACD groups, but can only see what state she's in on her first column of buttons, when I change her station to a 16 button phone. When I add the aux and auto-in buttons to the 16btn set, they don't light up. Is this a limitation on the si? We're on an older version, R11. I've included below her current 8btn config, and the way I had programmed her station as a 16btn for reference.
