Auto hold and call queue problem

I have what you will most likely think is a noobie question , for that I apologize.

Here is what I’m trying to do. I have several lines coming into my office and I have the AA pick it up after 2 or 3 rings. The AA would then give the “all operators are busy….” Message then put it on auto hold or in a call queue. Can get the AA to answer and give the msg but can’t figure it out from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is what I’m working with,

Norstar 0x32 KSU
Mics 5.0
DS Cards
12x0 Trunk Card
Call Pilot 150 (it is setup as VM not call center)
