Auto FTP using MKS toolkit

Hi Guys

Need some help. I am using MKS toolkit to run unix on windows.

i have below directory.
c:\download\
help.txt


I want to write a shell script which will automatically transfer this file over to ftp site. It will auto login & password. go to above directory pick up file. How do you automate FTP in MKS toolkit.

If that toolkit contains ncftp/ncftpput, you could do

ncftpput -u user -p pass -z host /dest/path C:/dl/help.txt

. Mac for productivity
.. Linux for developement
... Windows for solitaire

The good old MS ftp.exe has the useful -s option ...
